Description:  KCS 4039 came gn on the loaded coal train last week but then had issues with the heater(I wonder why a KCS going to freezing temperatures would have issues with the heater?!) and then arrived at East Deerfield on NAED and the aux. generator quit so the unit has been sitting dead at East Deerfield for about a week
