| On the morning of the 3rd, a special D&RGW train left Denver. The convention goers were being treated to a modern incarnation of the Rio Grande's famous Around The Circle trips. The westbound train is seen here climbing the Front Range at Clay. Meeting it is the eastbound Prospector, having just about finished its overnight run from Salt Lake City. |
